It provides dictionaries & reading books for 3rd Grade students in elementary schools throughout the Southeast San Diego community. Budget cuts have affected schools in multiple ways including eliminating distribution reference books like dictionaries to each student. The dictionaries are an important tool that helps students improve overall learning, writing skills and comprehension.
