Summary: Chair Lift for Imperial Manor/Parkview Heights Nursing Home and Assisted Living facility to replace older, outdated models
The administrator of Imperial Manor/Parkview Heights has indicated their need to replace older, outdated chair stands. New stands are vital to the safety of non-ambulatory residents and are used for transferring a resident from a chair, wheelchair, toilet or bed.
This grant request will provide partial funding for the cost of one stand.
