Your grant application for Holiday Baskets for the Needy has been approved for the total amount of DDF you requested, $1,235. Please confirm in “History Logs” at www.matchinggrants.org that you intend to proceed with the project as submitted to initiate the funding process. If you anticipate a reduction in the total budget, please cancel the signature process (“Description” tab – “Administration”) and adjust your financing to reflect revisions, and then send again for signatures. Your final report is a year overdue. You can download the final report form from the administration side of the description tab and complete it, substantiating your information with the receipts of expenditures for the project. After uploading your documents click on "reported". Projects must be completed and reported within two years of grant approval or we have to return the money to The Rotary Foundation. Call me if you need help (208) 308-5617.

The drop dead date for submitting the final report on this grant is Aug. 15, 2018, two years from the date the grant check was written and sent to your club. Please file your final report in the documents section of your grant along with receipts documenting the expenses. The Rotary Foundation requires that you return the grant money of $1235 to the district if you're unable to do the reporting. You can do this; yes, you can!

I spoke with The Rotary Foundation. You may use your participation in the community Christmas baskets from 2017-18 Rotary year for expenditures on this grant project. Upload your final report and your receipts showing expenses of at least $2,000, then click "reported" on the admin side of the description tab. If you spent more than $2,000 on this project, adjust the club contribution in your final report so that your expenses, your revenue and your receipts all match.
