Summary: To provide kitchen and recreational equipment to (and for) the children at Orangewood Children and Family Center ('OCFC')


VPRC members will assist in the purchase and delivery of kitchen and recreational equipment to OCFC. In addition, club members will participate in cooking and nutrition classes for the youth served by the project, and lead events to showcase the use of the athletic equipment.

Project was completed on October 29, 2016, with the delivery of kitchen supplies and recreational equipment to Orangewood Children and Family Center on that date. Photos of Rotarian participation in the project have been uploaded to the Project page.

Project manager plans follow up with OCFC staff to participate in cooking classes for the children, once that program is started in earnest in early 2017.
