Summary: 4 computers provided for at risk youth in Weatherford, TX

CrossRaods Youth Ministries serves youth at risk, some are homeless and and all are under-served. CrossRoads provides a safe haven and provides classes and tutoring for youths between ages 13 and 18. The program has been in existence for 12 years. The youth have to be transported across town to use computers at another organization. The Rotary Club of Weatherford would like to provide computers at the CrossRoads location to allow the youth more time on the computers instead of traveling back and forth. There are 8 Rotarians that volunteer at CrossRoads, mentoring, teaching and serving on the Board of Directors. This project is a literacy as well as a youth project. Meeting all requirements of the TRF mission.
