Project Description Country: Philippines Location: Mindoro, Philippines Total Budget: $1,000 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: Literacy Summary: Distribution of dictionaries to 3rd and 4th grade students in Magsaysay Elementary Schools, Mindoro Occidental, Philippines. The District grant funds will be use to purchase dictionaries. Distribution of dictionaries to the 3rd and 4th grade students in Magsaysay Elementary Schools, Mindoro Occidental, Philippines. Teachers will be using the dictionaries in the classrooms with the students participation to find word, know the meaning and use the word in a sentence. The project will be completed in April 2017.
