Several things about your application: 1)Rotary Foundation funds cannot be used for fundraising activities - please select another project; 2)in our current funding model, you could ask for $875 of DDF with the club putting in $125 on a $1000 total budget; 3)your overdue report from the Ghana project needs to be completed and uploaded to P-747 (talk to Scott Hansen).

After following the recommendations of the previous email, please start the signature process on your application. You'll find the button for that on the administrative side of the description tab. To be considered for funding, applications must be signed by both the primary contact person and the incoming club president no later than midnight June 1st.

The P-1671 Wolverine Canyon Marathon request for grant funding is not an eligible project under the Terms and Conditions for Rotary Foundation District Grants and Global Grants, which states in section III. 4. that "grants cannot fund...fundraising activities." As the project is not eligible, no District Grant funds will be approved for this project. Funding hopefully will be able to come from other potential sources the club may have to accomplish this important project.

System Entry: Project dropped by Jedd Thomas.

Reason for dropping: The proposed project funds' purpose included supporting fundraising activity which is ineligible under the Foundation's Term and Conditions for grants. In addition, the project was not fully submitted by the application date.
