Summary: Assist low income children with management of their cancer treatments
Hospital Infantil de las Californias Tijuana will use the funds to assist families with low or none income who have children with cancer. Children will be provided with a personalized treatment history binder to track their overall medical history in an effort to assist their parents, nurses and medical providers with the follow up on their medical treatments.
Binders will include information such as history of medication, treatments, vaccines, medical appointments and home care instructions.
