Project Description Country: USA Location: Naperville, IL Total Budget: $2,500 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: Scholarships Summary: Scholarships for needy students at local community colleges. The scholarship program supports the education of students looking to re-enter the workplace or to cope with the difficulty of raising a family while attending school. Club members administer the program and work with the community college in identifying scholarship recipients. Scholarships are paid by February of each year. The Club will provide 1-2 scholarships, one attending College of DuPage, and the other Waubonsee Community College.
