Summary: Provide books to the Bernardo Heights Middle School


The Bernardo Heights Middle School is underfunded for new books. The school librarian provides a list of books that the library needs. An estimated 70 books on a variety of subjects will be purchased at a discounted cost. Each book has a label displaying the Four Way Test. These books are a valuable resource to the students who utilize them in their assignments. Two individuals in our club are involved in this project. Book distribution will begin in September 2017.

District 5340 Rotary Foundation Committee approved $500, DDF match for the Grant at the 8-14-17, meeting. Approval contingent upon 1 member from the Club signing the grant.
