Kankakee received $689 in DDF and needed to spend an additional $689 of club funds for a total of $1,378. To date, only $1,004 has been spent on dictionaries ($924) and labels ($80 plus $5 tax). Dictionary receipt is fine. Invoice for labels is unacceptable as a proof of purchase. A cancelled check (front and back) is required. There are four possible options from which to choose to fix this this: 1) Spend an additional $374, 2) return $187 to District, 3) Submit additional grant for $374, or 4) Use $374 to purchase dictionaries now for next year (this might be the easiest solution).
