Summary: Build a roof for outdoor stage in city park


The purpose is to provide a roof for a gazebo type structure in the city park.

Budget Roof trusses: $1484.

Roof Framing materials 424.

Roof Sheathing materials 873.

Addendum to Project Description (added after the project was signed)

The project will need to be repurposed since some of it was completed before the grant was awarded. We would like to help with the project by providing electrical work, portable lighting, sound equipment and recognition signage.

Electrical and lighting: $700

Sound equipment: $1800

Signage: $280

Total $2780

Rotarian have provided labor for the project. Additionally the venue will be available for Rotarians to sell fund raising products, such as customized T-shirts. Rotarians will be help support groups who will be coming to the stage to perform.

Payments already made by project partners: $1214.35

Invoices to be paid to Hunt Electric by AF Rotary: $338.43 + $233.46 = $571.89

Other lighting, sound, and signage still to be ordered: approx. $965.00
