Project Description Country: USA Location: District 5400 Total Budget: $4,000 Area of Focus: None Activity Type: Education: Scholarship Summary: Scholarships for one college freshman, one college sophomore, one college junior, and one college senior The District 5400 college scholarship program supports a student for four years at $1,000 per year, as long as the student continues to meet the criteria established by the district scholarship committee and maintains full-time status as required by the scholarship. This grant will provide $1,000 each to continuing students Makia Perez, Addie White, and Drake Heubach and to a college freshman planning to attend a community college or university located within the district or within the State of Idaho. Applications for the freshman scholarship will be made available to students throughout the district in July to be reviewed by the scholarship selection committee for the announcement of the scholarship around the beginning of fall semester (approximately September 1, 2018). The district received more requests for DDF than we had money to award. Your project is reduced to $3,000 of DDF due to a late report on P-1667 from last year. Those in tier 3 are expected to make up the difference in the project financing. Please do this now: cancel the signature process (description tab–administration). Then go to the financing page and edit the numbers to $3,000 of DDF & add a District 5400 contribution of $1,000. Make sure the project is “fully pledged” & send again for signatures.
