To be complete and eligible for consideration, your grant application must be signed no later than June 1. To initiate this process, go into your grant. On the administration side of the description tab, click on “start club signature process”. On the next page, check only the names of the primary contact person and the 2018-19 club president, then click “Send application for signatures”. You’ll both receive an email with instructions for activating your electronic signature. Do what it says. Until the history logs in the matching grants system indicate that both people have signed, your application is not finished. Be sure to follow through!

You have indicated 3 persons as signatory to your grant application. While the district only requires you to get the signatures of the primary contact person and the 2018-19 president, a club can choose to have as many signers as it wants. But all persons you designate as signers must sign for your application to move forward.

I have bad news that I feel terrible about. The Rotary Foundation has approved the district's block grant application and unfortunately your club was not part of it. Your application was submitted for the 2017-18 year; consequently, the project did not download with the 2018-19 applications for import into the block grant application. The error was not caught until after the block grant application had been submitted, without your project on the list. Your club has been put at the top of a “wait list” for returned funds should they become available. I'm so sorry.

I've edited the project to reflect the 2018-2019 Rotary year and resent it for signatures. Once signed we'll move forward with your grant.

I have audited this project and I didn't approve it. First, I need a copy of the District Matching Fund Check uploaded to this project. Second, I would add three line items in expenses which are Club on-hand material supplied to project- Coloring Books, Rotary Stickers and Rotary 4 Way Test Stickers and their $ values. Third, Total Revenues must match Total Expenses. If Total Expenses are less than $1,196, then reduce the DDF amount in Revenues to balance Expenses and Revenues.

I am canceling my previous History Log. I am not approving the project. I do need a copy of the DDF Check uploaded to this project. We can't use items for this project if they are previously purchased before the project is approved. I would suggest that you spend money for additional needs at this school. A remember is that Total Expenses and Total Revenue must be equal. If Expenses are less than Revenue, then list DDF at its approved amount and reduce your club's contribution.
