This is a reminder that the final report for your 2018-19 District Grant project is due upon completion of your club’s project. To complete your final report, log into your account on the District Grant Website.

Per Dick Galitz, the project is not able to be implemented this Rotary Year due to unsafe conditions traveling to Haiti. The Club will return the $2000 DDF to the District for return to TRF. Once the funds are returned to the District, the DGS will close the project.

Dick,
This is a reminder that the final report for your club’s 2018-19 District Grant project is past due. It is very important that you complete the final report as quickly as possible, and no later than June 30th.
The District Grants Committee cannot close the 2018-19 grant with Rotary International until your final report is complete.
Please log into your account on the District Grant Website to complete the report.

$2000 DDF have been returned to the District. The DGS will Cancel/Close the project.
