Project Description Country: USA Location: Fullerton CA Total Budget: $3,000 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: General Summary: All The Arts for All The Kids Ceramic Studio In its first year, will bring this arts education to nearly 900 6th grade students (30 classrooms) will experience and create ceramic works tied to the State social science standards. In its first year, nearly 900 6th grade students (30 classrooms) will experience and create ceramic works tied to the State social science standards.The All the Arts for All the Kids Foundation is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to developing, susustaining and supporting the arts as an intrinsic part of every child's education. Each year, the Foundation, in partnership with the Fullerton School District, provides funding for lessons in art, music, dance and theatre. Projects taught in the Ceramics Studio are carefully designed to teach art skills and curricular concepts students are required to learn. About 12 club members and Rotoractors. The Rotarians are key to the planning process, will learn the skills the students learn, and will assist with the classes whenever possible.
