Summary: Garden enhancement of period garden for tours describing what life was like in Fullerton in late 1890's.
The Heritage House at at the Fullerton Arboretum provides a much needed adjunct to the local history component of elementary education. About 4000 children visit the historic house as part of the Fullerton School District's California history unit. The children are given tours by trained and costumed docents describing what life was like in Fullerton in the 1890's. The garden is in need of new fencing, plantings and interpretive signage.
