Project Description Country: USA Location: Ord Total Budget: $625 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: General Summary: Dictionaries given to students in area schools in and around Ord, NE The Dictionary Project allows the Ord Rotary club to assist area children to become better students by providing them with their own personal dictionary. With the help of The Dictionary Project (www.dictionaryproject.org), four schools in the Ord area receive dictionaries. Local Rotary members schedule a time to deliver the dictionaries to local schools after the start of the new school year, usually in September.
