The children who attend the alternate high school in Blackfoot need to have some mentors to look up to. We need to change our project so now we want to donate $500 to Bingham Memorial Hospital to purchase masks to help during the COVID19 pandemic. They have let us know they have a need for the funds to purchase more masks.

You are approved to change the scope of your project to a covid-19 response. If you aren't purchasing the masks yourselves, be sure to get a receipt or letter from the hospital showing proof of what the grant funds were used for.

The grant is now complete. We paid the $500 to Bingham Memorial Hospital and they used the funds to purchase masks. I have uploaded the letter from the hospital into the documents section. Please let me know if we need to do anything else. Thank you!
