Summary: Dictionaries for 3rd graders in St. Paul, Elba, St. Libory, Palmer and Loup City.


Funds will be used to purchase dictionaries for 108 3rd grade students in the five towns mentioned above. Total cost is $1188. The Dictionaries are traditionally delivered in December or January by 10-12 Rotarians. The dictionaries will help these students achieve a higher level of literacy.
