Summary: Multiple food, pantry and hygiene items provided to local food pantries for the food insecure in Chicago, IL.
Given the current environment brought on by COVID-19, food pantries and local food distribution partners are in need of food and water, as well as hygienic products. Our goal is to engage our club members to shop and source the items the partners need and deliver them to the food pantries.
We would like to help two partners, Night Ministry and Common Pantry, but will reassess their needs and other local pantries to best serve the community.
Since a few of these were beneficiaries of the Disaster Response Grant, we would like to wait several months to replenish their goods. We will complete the project by May 2021.

I want to remind you that your club's District Grant Final Report was due 30 days after completion of the project. COVID-19 grants were due by November 30, 2020. To complete your report, log into your account on matchinggrants.org. You will find the final report form there. Please complete the report and upload it along with your receipts by January 31, 2021.

I want to remind you that your club’s final report for P-3312 is due in 5 weeks on Sunday, May 30. If your project is completed, please file you report as soon as possible.
If you have not been able to complete your project due to COVID, let me know right away. Unused funds will not carry over into FY22.

Hi Kristen,
I want to remind you that your club’s final report for District Grant #3312, Food Security Supplies, is more than 120 days past due. It is critical that you file your report now. The absolute due date is two weeks from today: Monday, May 31, 2021. This is a hard deadline. Failure to meet the deadline may result in losing your club’s 2021-2022 District Grant allocation. Additionally, filing a late report delays 2021-2022 allocations for the entire district.
