Project Description Country: USA Location: Brea Total Budget: $9,021 Area of Focus: Community economic development Activity Type: Community Development: Construction/Renovation Summary: Upgraded Perimeter Fence for Low Income Senior Apartment Building in Brea, California BREAL Apartments is an Ultra Low Income Senior Apartment building with approximately 35 very low income senior residents. The building is owned and operated by a non-profit organization - BREAL Inc. The building perimeter fence was installed in the early 1980's. This project will replace the existing perimeter fence which is dilapidated, unsightly, and no longer provides proper security for the building. The project will take 3 to 4 months with an approximate completing date of March 2021. The funds will be used to pay for all materials. Brea Rotarians, Brea Rotaracters, Brea Boy Scouts, and Brea High Schools students in the ROP construction program will be providing labor - to remove existing fence and install new one.
