Summary: To provide laundry supplies for 100 families on the Hopi Nation.
Due to the COVID 19 Stay at Home Order the Hopi Nation has in place for their communities, families have a difficult task of obtaining laundry supplies. Traveling to laundry services is also very difficult. Because the Hopi Nation is surrounded by the Navajo Nation, families have to travel in excess of 60 mile for shopping and laundry services.
We will use the grant funds to purchase laundry supplies, 100 gallons of detergent and 100 gallons of softner. These will be delivered to identified families at their home on the Hopi Nation.
Club member will help purchase and deliver laundry supplies. We will record the recipient families.
