Project Description Country: Mexico Location: Agua Prieta Total Budget: $5,000 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: Literacy Summary: Provide computers, monitors and accessories to 3 elementary schools for their Computer Centers Our sister club in Mexico, Agua Prieta Rotario, has requested our support for this project. The elementary schools are in need of computers and increased internet access in order to improve their education. This project will supply the computers, monitors and accessories for 3 Computer Centers for 3 elementary schools. As with all our Agua Prieta projects, we anticipate visiting these schools during our annual service trip in January which will include 8-10 Rotarians and about 10 Interact Club students. We will use the opportunity to interact with the children and to document the project with photos and videos.
