There is a flag pole and plaza area that is in need of refurbishment. The Rotary Club of Placentia will work with the Public Works Department to complete the refurbishment. Tasks include: 1. Replace existing flag pole and lighting 2. Tile the flag pole base and surrounding cement benches. 3. Re-landscape the flag pole base.
