Project Description Country: USA Location: La mess California Total Budget: $1,000 Area of Focus: Maternal and child health Activity Type: Health: General Summary: Food and Essentials Distribution Journey Community Church operates a food program that helps in the following areas: Food and essentials distribution- Get donations from feeding San Diego and other non-profits and helps distribute to needs in local community (food, diapers, school supplies) Every Friday volunteers from many faith-based groups/community make meals and distribute to homeless downtown San Diego, and the La Mesa HOME team. Requested financial support to purchase supplies to make high protein/balanced meals.
