SERVE Escondido is an after-school tennis program for children in lowest-income neighborhood of Escondido. The mission of this effort is to help guide children out of crime, violence, gangs by giving them a safe place to spend their after-school hours and exercise. Escondido youth and kids will be enjoying tennis at Washington Park. We are asking for donations of tennis rockets and other equipment, repairing it and kids re-using it to learn play tennis under supervision of adults.

Escondido Rotary club needs $1,000 for this project to purchase balls, tennis rocket repair kits and materials. We already raised $500 and are asking for $500 matching grant.
