On May 4, email from Carlos: As you know, COVID has affected many Rotary clubs to maintain their membership. Two of the secondary clubs in Ecuador (which were going to help us educate in the affected areas) will not be able to participate in this project for lack of membership and resources. Our solution: Now, we have shifted to another Economic Development project working together with our primary Rotary Club in Manta Ecuador. The project still is the same focus, we will work with Manta Rotary in Ecuador and we will need the exact same amount of money. Can I just change the narrative in the current P-4189 DG? This project will purchase sewing equipment for an orphanage technical school.
