Blue Tea Pot Joint Ireland Pro

History Logs

Project Description

Country: Ireland

Location: Galway, Ireland

Total Budget: $2,546

Area of Focus: Community economic development

Activity Type: Education: General

Summary: Assisting a non-profit Performing Arts School with funds for a showcase produced by individuals with special needs.

Blue Tea Pot's Artistic Director has a fund raising target of €1500 - 2000

They recently expanded their Performing Arts School (PAS) to take in new students every year and has fulfilled one of their strategic goals. Many of these students would come with no funding which is no reason to exclude these students as long as they show a passion for the arts - it's Blue Tea Pot's mission to help these individuals live life to the fullest and follow their passion.

Part of their training experience is to have the opportunity in their final year to show case their talents to an invited audience, namely family, friends and prospective future organizations that they may be progressing into.

We would love to be in a position to properly resource these showcases buy helping them reach their final goal.

Our club Rotary Club of Naperville Downtown will be partnering up with the Rotary Club of Galway/Salt Hill as some of the Naperville member will be traveling to Ireland this year and intend to further deepen our relationship with the Irish club and the Blue Tea Pot organization.
