Project Description Country: USA Location: Irvine Total Budget: $5,300 Areas of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment, Maternal and child health Activity Type: Health: General Summary: Dental and Eye Clinic for underserved youth in Ensenada, Mexico Dental and Eye Care for underserve in rural Ensenada, Mexico. They have little to no such services available to them. We provide Dental exams and services for primarily youth in need. We provide eye exams and glasses for those in need. The local Rotary Partner(Califia Rotary) identifies the school. We come down with our other Community partners(Dental Care for Children and Manteca Optometric) to provide services. Funds will be used to pay for the Dental supplies and glasses. There will be a one day clinic in October 2022. Our last clinic we had 27 Rotarians and 32 Non Rotarians participate. We saw 63 kids for Dental service and 69 for eye exams. We provided over $45,288 in services.
