Summary: provide educational materials and supplies to the charity housing toddlers to young adults waiting for adoption in Quiapo, Manila, Philippines.


Hospicio is a social welfare charity organization serving the abandoned elderly and children. This request is for the children, toddlers to young adults. Provide educational toys, books and supplies as the children continue to go to school while awaiting adoption.

A joint project with The Immaculate Conception Academy of Manila, Philippines, graduate '79 (my high school) will make their own donation of $400 and assist in purchasing the identified needs for the children.


Addendum to Project Description (added after the project was signed)

1. $500- this project is being changed to purchase of 2 wheelchairs for underserved patients in Kenya, Africa via Richard Macau of RC El Cajon Sunset.

2. $500- Food Distribution through the Franciscan Sisters' Feeding Program of indigent elders and children in Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, Philippines.

Areas of Focus that are met are Disease Prevention and Treatment.
