Project Description Country: USA Location: Decatur Texas Total Budget: $2,000 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: Literacy Summary: Provide dictionary to third grade students/teachers in Decatur ISD This is a project we have been doing for years. It provides dictionaries to students to assist them with their students. The teachers like it as there are never enough dictionaries for each student to have one. It is the student book so it goes with them when they leave the 3rd grade. Members will assist by putting rotary them stickers, rotary stickers, 4 way test stickers and end polio now stickers in the dictionaries. Members will them attend a presentation event where students will learn about rotary and how to use their book.
