Project Description Country: USA Location: Chicago Total Budget: $3,351 Area of Focus: Community economic development Activity Type: Community Development: General Summary: Hinsdale DELTA's goal is to provide resources and education for young women to enrich their relationships with other women, grow in areas of faith and character, and pursue roles of servant leadership in the community. Working with DELTA will be a community-based service project to offer writing journals, technology kits to introduce coding, musical arts kits to introduce the flute. The women of the Rotary Club of Hinsdale will host a lunch in January 2023 to deliver the journals and kits. The target completion date is January 2023. We expect 5 directly (lunch)/ 25 indirectly (labeling journals) Rotarians to participate. About 125 students will be positively impacted.
