Your 2023-24 district grant project will be included in D5400's block grant application to The Rotary Foundation in July. Do not place orders or spend money on the project until you hear from the district that TRF has approved our block grant, as you cannot be reimbursed for expenses incurred prior to TRF approval. Call Marianne Barker at 208 308-5617 if you have any questions. Thank you!

The Rotary Foundation approved the D5400 block grant on July 11, 2023. You can safely incur costs now. We hope to be funded by TRF within the next month, but we need you to finish up your final report on your open grant from 2022-23 before we send you a check for this project. Can you get your reporting completed? Thank you!

Please do not reply to this email. You should have received your grant by now, mailed to your clubís mailing address Aug. 11. We are using a bill payer service this year, and the envelope will look different than in the past. Please tell your treasurer to watch for it, and not to discard. Please call me if you donít have your check (208) 308-5617. Ignore the physical address on the check Ė D5400 is still PO Box 9592, Boise, ID 83707.

by Marianne Barker

Your check for $5,000 was mailed to on 8/11/23, sent from DL Evans Bank. It has not cleared our account. Did you receive your grant money? If yes, please deposit the check so the district can complete its reporting to TRF; if not, please call me 208 308-5617. Thank you for participating in Rotary Foundation district grants!

Fill it out, being sure that the expenses listed in the report match your receipts and any other documentation of expenses you provide. If the project is not done, file a progress report - a history log telling us when you started the project, what % complete you are & when you plan to finish it out.
