Project Description Country: Mexico Location: Agua Prieta Total Budget: $5,000 Areas of Focus: Maternal and child health, Community economic development Activity Type: Community Development: Construction/Renovation Summary: Build out the picnic/patio are for serving food in the community center This would be a project tied to our club's next Rotarian/Interact service trip in January, 2024. It would serve to expand the serving and seating capacity for the Agua Prieta Community Kitchen Center. The funds would be used to build a concrete patio with built in picnic tables to extend the shade at the current community center. Depending on the timing, our Rotarians and Interactors would participate in the actual building or will utilize the space to serve children during our annual trip.
