Your next and final step in making application for a district grant is to sign the application. On the administration side of the description tab, select those whose signatures are needed (next year's club president and the primary contact person only), then click "start club signature process". Your application is not turned in until both required signatures have been obtained. June 1st is the deadline for signatures.

Your 2023-24 district grant project will be included in D5400's block grant application to The Rotary Foundation in July. Do not place orders or spend money on the project until you hear from the district that TRF has approved our block grant, as you cannot be reimbursed for expenses incurred prior to TRF approval. The Rotary Foundation approved the District 5400 block grant on July 11, 2023. You can safely incur costs now. We are using a bill payer service this year, and the envelope will look different than in the past. Please tell your treasurer to watch for it, and not to discard. Based on your grant application, your project is likely completed by now. Please move forward will filing your final report, the form being available to you on the administration side of the description tab. Upload your report along with your receipts all in pdf format to the documents tab of your grant. Then click "reported" on the admin side of the description tab.

Your final report is due no later than May 15th, 2024. Failure to report by the deadline may impact your club's ability to receive a grant in 2024-25 Rotary year. Download the report form from the administration side of the description tab. Fill it out, being sure that the expenses listed in the report match your receipts and any other documentation of expenses you provide. Upload pdf copies of your report and the receipts to the documents tab of your grant. Then click "reported", a button on the administration side of the description tab. If the project is not done, file a progress report - a history log telling us when you started the project, what % complete you are & when you plan to finish it out. Call Marianne 208 308-5617 if you have questions about reporting.

Thank you for uploading documents on your grant. I appears that there is one receipt missing for Walmart for $119.18. There were two for the same one for $99.81 so maybe the incorrect one was just clicked in error. Please upload the correct receipt and click on Reported again
