Project Description Country: USA Location: Powell, Wyoming Total Budget: $1,000 Area of Focus: None Activity Type: Education: Volunteer Services Summary: Teaching young children in our community how to make Christmas crafts during Powell, Wyoming's Christmas Fest. During Powell's Downtown Christmas Festival, usually the first weekend of December, Rotarians provide Christmas craft materials for our community children. Rotarians with the help of community and Highschool volunteers we provide guidance and material for an average of four hundred children on how to construct Christmas crafts that they can take home for the Holidays. The funds will be utilized to purchase craft materials to include, glitter, fast dry glue, paper bags, crayons, slime material, colored paper, face painting supplies cotton for Santa beards and candy sprinkles to list a few.
