The mission of Hogar Infantil Inc. is to serve the children of Casa Hogar La Gloria in Tijuana, Mexico with the goal or providing a home for abandoned neglected, and abused children. They provide not only food and shelter but medical care, quality education, religious formation, and social development. For the last 45 years they have cared for hundreds of children and provided them with a safe home, education, and emotional support.
In the past few years, as in many urban areas, there has been an increased need for the safety and security of the facility. It has been determined that the greatest most effective security measure is an 8-foot masonry wall which would surround the 1,000 ft perimeter of the property.
The Rotary Club of Fallbrook would like to help fund the completion of constructing the 8 foot masonry wall by adding gates, additional security measures such as a remote access cameras and interface devices. We would like to pledge $750 and respectfully ask for DDF of $750.
This funding would allow them to continue providing loving care for the children, and most important, the safety and security for their well being.
