Project Description Country: Mexico Location: Eastern Tijuana Total Budget: $7,000 Areas of Focus: Water, sanitation and hygiene, Maternal and child health, Community economic development Activity Type: Community Development: Construction/Renovation Summary: Build a Home for Family in Need in Eastern Tijuana Project Mercy, a 501(c)(3) organization constructs homes to improve the basic living standards and quality of life for impoverished families who live in difficult conditions in Mexico. For 16+ years, the Chula Vista Rotary Club has partnered with Project Mercy to build homes by providing funds for materials, as well as Club members and others to contruct the home.
