Over the course of the Rotary Year, we will be focused on Mental Health education within our community. We will be doing a series of four lectures initially on zoom and then repeated in person. Our members who work or are familiar with these subjects will prepare and deliver these lectures. We plan on advertising/promoting our lectures through social media and distributing flyers. We will attempt to educate families in the NYC, Westchester and Long Island area. We will find spaces within the communities listed above to conduct our in-person presentations. We also anticipate making a brochure with resources and other facts and distributing them after each presentation, so that the attendees will have this information going forward. In addition, all zoom lectures will be recorded and posted on our social medias and our Club website. The impact of our presentations will be assessed through pre and post presentation questionnaires/polls.
