Summary: Teach children and adults with disabilities and disabled veterans how to show horses during competition by providing show saddles
Stars and Strides Stables Therapeutic Riding Center provides children and adults with disabilities and disabled veterans the opportunity to improve their communication skills, physical accomplishments, social skills, and self-esteem through the therapeutic power of equestrian experience. Stars and Strides participants compete in horse shows designated especially for those who have special needs. Our project would provide show saddles for those various competitions Stars and Strides participates in. Stars and Strides would like to purchase the show saddles by May or June 2024.
