Project Description Country: USA Location: Texas Total Budget: $1,760 Areas of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment, Water, sanitation and hygiene, Community economic development, The environment Activity Type: Community Development: Disaster Recovery Summary: Funding to purchase items needed to stock a Disaster Relief trailer funded by grant D-4663 to provide help to disaster survivors. Clubs in District 5790 and Disaster Aid USA partnered to purchase a trailer and start the process of providing services to survivors when a disaster strikes. We have worked with District people who have the trailer, and we are funding items on their current needs list to prepare the trailer for use. The shelving and other items purchased will help organize the trailer and provide quick access to the equipment and supplies inside.
