Summary: Railroad Park is used for a no cost large event for over thirty years for children with disabilities


The funds will be used for providing food, games, prizes, rental of children's entertainment equipment and Park rental. The club has been providing this special event for over 30 years with the City of Scottsdale. There are hundreds of children with disabilities and their family attend at no cost. This is an event with only children with disabilities allowed in the park so they can have a special day. The Rotary Clubs of Scottsdale, lead by Scottsdale Sunrise and including Scottsdale and Scottsdale North participate as volunteers with support of the Police and Fire Department as well as other volunteer groups. The event will cater to over 2000 participants and is an all day long event.
