Project Description Country: USA Location: San Diego Total Budget: $3,000 Area of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment Activity Type: Health: General Summary: NAMIwalk for raising awareness of mental health issues The San Diego and Imperial County Chapter of National Alliance on Mental Illness is organizing a walk for awareness and fundraising for their programs in SD and Imperial County. There will also be a Wellness Expo showcasing resources in the County. Our Rotary District 5340 will have a walking team and provide volunteers. The grant request is for funds toward NAMI SD/IC programs on mental health.
