Summary: Provide 200 chairs and 40 round tables to partly equip the canteen/kitchen for Montesorri school at Regenerative Learning Center, Ghana.
This project will begin to equip the multi-function community center at the Regenerative Learning Center (RLC) at Asuom, Ghana. The canteen/kitchen will host farmer trainings and other community events for up to 250 people. A kitchen will offer meals for events. The furniture will be produced by local carpenters. Lighting and kitchen equipment is available from stores in the Capital Accra. The RLC campus is owned and operated by the non-profit incorporated in Ghana. It is a organic and fair trade project for the production of regenerative palm oil, cocoa and other crops. It engages with 700 local smallholder farmers, and community at large. The goal is to provide non-commercial preschool and elementary and to train farmers and community leaders on improving farm productivity and income by organic/regenerative methods and dialog with local groups and foreign visitors.
