Project Description Country: USA Location: Rupert, ID Total Budget: $5,000 Areas of Focus: Peace and conflict prevention/resolution, Economic and community development Activity Type: Community Development: General Summary: Patio cover for youth golf course in Rupert, Idaho. Our youth need opportunities to learn life skills and have fun learning. This Wee Links course will provide a safe outdoor area for children from three years old to eighteen. They will learn and teach life skills and learn to overcome adversity. We are ready to construct a patio cover to give shade, for the youth, when they start and finish a round of play. We anticipate the actual construction to start and be completed in the calendar year of 2014. We are making arrangements with the Minico High School Construction class to build the patio cover. We as a club (10 to 15 club members)will back them and finish it if they cannot complete the project by the end of the school year.
