Project Description Country: USA Location: Burleson, TX Total Budget: $3,000 Areas of Focus: Basic education and literacy, Economic and community development Activity Type: Education: General Summary: Funds will be used to pay for vocational and educational programs and school supplies for 4 women and 5 children at Crazy 8 Ministries. Crazy 8 Ministries offers women in crisis shelter, mentoring and spirital healing through several ministry programs. As a part of the healing process, Crazy 8 offers women the ability to further their education through various vocational and educational programs. Furthermore, Crazy 8 Ministries helps provide school supplies for the children of women that are staying on the grounds. The funds will be used to help fund the educational needs of the women in the program and help pay for school supplies of the children in need. Members of the club will assist in the purchase and distrbution of the the school supplies. The funds will be distributed immediately upon receipt.
