Cindy - Your application was approved as a $1200 project, including$500 of DDF from D5400. All you have uploaded is an invoice to the school district for $300. We need to have a copy of the cancelled check from your club to the school district. We need invoices/receipts for the expenditure of the remaining $900, and we need you to complete a final report. The form we want you to use can be found in the grants folder at www.rotary5400.org.

My email of July 18 was erroneous. I used the wrong figures. The project was originally approved for $700,including $500 of DDF from D5400. While we would like for you to spend the entire $700 originally proposed, we do need you to spend all of the $500 in Rotary Foundation $. Per our phone conversation today, I suggest spending it on something for the school similar to dictionaries. Upload a copy of the cancelled $300 check to the school district, document the expenditures for the remaining $200, and submit a final report. The reports and supporting information have been audited as of this date. The overall project amount and the St. Anthony Club contribution were decreased $40, which is considered a minor and acceptable change. Documentation is sufficient for the grant file to be closed.
