Summary: Construction of an outhouse at a highly used trail system in Soldotna, AK
The project is the construction of an outhouse located at the Wolverine trailhead of the Tsalteshi Trail System in Soldotna, AK. The trail system is highly used by multiple groups throughout the year. Presently there are no restrooms or outhouses on the system. The need for an outhouse facility has become apparent as the trail system has expanded and use has increased. The timeline for the project is from June or July through August, 2015 for the construction of the outhouse. The project funds will be used to pay for the site preparation, concrete foundation, and timber package of the outhouse. The club will be involved in the planning and labor of the construction.

This project is nearly complete. The funds have been used for the site preparation and installation of the outhouse tanks. The structure materials will be purchased by our partner Tsalteshi Trails Association. There will be several work days for the club in the construction of the outhouse building over the next month.
