The Rotary Club of Sun City, in partnership with the Washington High School Interact Club, is offering college tuition scholarships for graduating seniors for the 2015-2016 Academic year. Seniors at Washington HS will be requested to submit an essay with a Rotary Theme. Their essay will include either; their experiences with Interact, RYLA, or how they have used the Rotary Four-Way Test in their lives thus far. The members of the Rotary Club of Sun City will read each essay, and select 6 students to be recipients of a scholarship valued between $500-$1,000 per student. The scholarships will be paid directly to the University, Community College, or Vocational/Tech school of their choice for the fall semester. This district grant will allow us to help all students regardless of their background, socioeconomic status, or race.
We appreciate your consideration in helping these students achieve their academic goals and dreams. The Sun City Rotary club is a proud supporter of The Annual Fund and The Rotary Foundation.
